Based in Perth, WA — we cover the metro area and travel for regional or commercial projects upon request. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
How far in advance should we book?
For large events, we recommend securing your date as early as possible — popular dates fill fast. Corporate shoots and content work can often be scheduled with shorter notice depending on our availability.
How long does it take to receive the deliverables?
Standard delivery time is very fast -within 48 hours for photos, and 1 week for videos. Larger productions may require additional time, though express turnaround can be arranged if needed.
How will the final media be delivered?
You’ll receive a private online download link with high-resolution images/video files. Commercial clients may also request formatted deliverables for web, socials and print.

Yes — in almost all situations a retainer of 50% is required to secure the scheduled work.
